About Imogene

As a Diné (Navajo) woman, I am Tódích’íi’nii clan (Bitter Water Clan) and born for the Tábąąhá clan (Water’s Edge Clan). The Táchii’nii clan (Red-Running-Into-The-Water Clan) are my maternal grandfather’s clan and the Dziłtł’ahnii clan (Mountain Cove Clan) are my paternal grandfather’s clan.

Imogene has been engaged in servicing minority owned and / or operated organizations for more than 20 years working in the areas of contracts, grants, tribal contracts, and diversity inclusion. She has established relationships and partnerships with various government agencies, large prime contractors, state and local government agencies, non-profit organizations, and private sector organizations.

She guides businesses and teams in managing the entire process for contract and / grant awards. Builds consensus and transparency and leads innovative problem solving. Applies an adaptive communication style and influences action and decision making at all levels from operations to the c-suite.

With her experience and knowledge, Imogene has the desire and passion to work with minority owned businesses and not-profit organizations, under-represented communities, and entrepreneurs to be successful, sustainable, and most importantly to increase their bottom line.

As an organized and energetic professional with progressive experience in technical writing, contracts and grants writing and evaluation, policy and program development, management and training, she is committed to building partnerships and relationships that foster successful and positive results for all parties.
